1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with EnderDash. If you are not happy with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.
2. Free Trial
Starter and Pro include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required upfront, but you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel before the trial expires, you will not be billed.
3. Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- The refund is requested within 14 days of the initial subscription payment.
- The refund applies to the first billing cycle only. Subsequent renewal charges are not eligible for a refund, as you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing period.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at billing@enderdash.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
6. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans are subject to individual contract terms. Please refer to your agreement or contact us for details.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may be entitled to additional rights or longer refund periods than those described above.
