EnderDash

Install on Paper or Bukkit

Install the Bukkit-family jar, register the server key, and verify live console access.

Before you begin

Use this guide for Paper, Purpur, Folia, Spigot, or Bukkit. You need access to the server files, its original console, and a planned restart. An organization owner or admin must provide the key from this record's Setup page.

Install and register

  1. Download EnderDash-Bukkit.jar from Setup.

  2. Stop the game server. Put the jar in its plugins/ directory.

  3. Start the server and check that EnderDash loads without an error.

  4. In the original server console, run:

    enderdash install <agentKey>
  5. Return to EnderDash. Wait for Online, open Console, and send list.

  6. Confirm that the player-list response appears in the console.

You do not need to restart after the install command. Keep the original console open if you need to investigate plugin loading.

When the console command is unavailable

After the plugin has created its data directory, set the key in plugins/EnderDash/config.yml:

agentKey: "<agentKey>"

Restart the runtime. If the startup environment supplies a key, that value takes precedence over the file. See configuration precedence.

Check a failed installation

  • Unknown command: check the startup log, runtime-specific jar, and Java compatibility.
  • Offline after registration: confirm the key belongs to this record, then use offline recovery.
  • Missing LuckPerms or other plugin panel: check plugin integrations. Installing EnderDash alone does not add those plugins.

Next: console operations and agent maintenance.
