Plans and frozen servers

Understand limits before adding members, changing a plan, or restoring server access.

Check the organization's plan

Owners and admins can open Billing. Review the current plan, server allowance, and feature limits before changing it. Use the dashboard's current values and pricing for available plans.

A plan feature and an agent capability are separate requirements. For example, container management needs the relevant plan feature and an agent that can reach that platform.

Members need the team-collaboration feature for organization workspace access. A server grant alone does not unlock every organization feature.

What happens when the server count exceeds the limit

EnderDash keeps the oldest server records active up to the plan allowance. Newer records become Frozen. Their configuration and keys remain stored.

Frozen records cannot perform dashboard operations or establish new agent connections. An owner or admin can remove a record.

Restore access

  1. In Billing, confirm the server allowance for the current subscription.
  2. In Servers, identify the frozen records and the total count.
  3. Upgrade the plan or remove records the organization no longer needs.
  4. Once the total fits the allowance, reopen a remaining record and verify a live operation.

Removing a record is not an uninstall on its host. Follow agent removal for a retired runtime.

Before downgrading

Review the server count, membership needs, organization workspace use, and paid panel features. Choose which installations to retire and retain any data your team needs independently.

For a missing panel after a plan change, use access troubleshooting.
