Public page missing or out of date

Check saved content, publication state, and the public URL without relying on a dashboard session.

Knowledge pages

  1. Open Knowledge Base in the intended organization.
  2. Confirm the page is active and its title and content are correct.
  3. Apply pending drafts with Save changes.
  4. As an owner or admin, check publication state and public knowledge-base settings.
  5. Use Open public page and verify the result without a dashboard session.

An autosaved draft is not automatically the saved page. On a published page, applying Save changes updates its public content immediately.

If the page is internal, publish it only after reviewing the content. If it was archived, it no longer appears in the active knowledge base. Revisions can recover earlier saved content.

Status pages

  1. Open Status page and confirm Public is selected.
  2. Wait for Saved. Resolve Not saved with Retry.
  3. Check the page-wide switches and per-server Show on page settings.
  4. Use the dashboard's Public link and verify it without authentication.

Per-server player and TPS fields also depend on page-wide switches. A custom public label differs from the internal server name.

If the page still looks wrong

Confirm the organization slug in the URL and whether the relevant agent supplies fresh data. Compare the saved dashboard state with the public result before changing another setting.

Read knowledge publication or status-page setup for the full workflow.
