EnderDash

Install on a Minecraft proxy

Register Velocity, BungeeCord, or Waterfall without confusing proxy and backend agents.

Before you begin

Use EnderDash-Velocity.jar for Velocity and EnderDash-Bungeecord.jar for BungeeCord or Waterfall. You need the proxy files, original console, and permission to restart it.

Create a separate server record for the proxy. Backend game servers need their own records and Bukkit-family agents if you want their world, plugin, and game-console data.

Install and connect

  1. Download the matching jar from the proxy record's Setup page.
  2. Stop the proxy, then put the jar in its plugins/ directory.
  3. Start the proxy and check the EnderDash startup log.
  4. In the proxy console, run enderdash install <agentKey> with this proxy's key.
  5. Wait for Online in EnderDash. Open Info and confirm that the runtime is the expected proxy.
  6. Open a supported live panel and confirm that it loads.

Configure without the command

Velocity normally uses plugins/enderdash/config.yml. BungeeCord uses plugins/EnderDash/config.yml.

agentKey: "<agentKey>"

Set the key and restart the proxy. A JVM property or environment variable can override it. Read agent configuration before debugging a file value that appears to be ignored.

When a game panel is missing

A proxy manages connections between servers. It does not run the backend's world or expose all of its game capabilities. Open the backend's own server record for those operations.

If the proxy stays offline, follow offline recovery. Next: manage players.
